MPV Solar goes above and beyond with a 10-year workmanship warranty, doubling the industry standard of 5 years. 

This warranty covers both the operation and performance of the systems for all consumers in which MPV Solar e have installed PV Systems, replaced inverters and completed repairs on existing MPV Solar installed systems. 

This commitment illustrates our dedication to exceptional quality and provides our customers with peace of mind for years to come.

This warranty can be transferred by the original buyer of the solar system to any future buyer of the property where the solar system is installed.

Repairs Or replacement

This warranty only comes into effect once we have received all amounts owing from you in relation to the solar system and title to the solar system has passed to you.

This warranty will no longer be valid if:

• Anyone other than a MPV installer, or other MPV solar authorised person works on (including repairing or altering) the solar system at any time; or
• You fail to comply with all reasonable instructions of MPV (whether written or verbal) in relation to the operation and care of the solar system.

Your current electrical system, including wiring or fuse box;

• Damage resulting from malicious actions or misuse;
• Damage caused by vermin, animals, or pests;
• Damage resulting from uncontrollable events such as improper voltage or power surges, accidents, or other factors beyond our reasonable control;
• Any damage to your property resulting from a failure or malfunction of the solar system;
• Any modifications to your property that are a necessary outcome of the installation services provided;
• Any damage that was not reasonably foreseeable or could not be anticipated as a result of:

a) A failure to deliver the installation services as specified in our agreement; and/or

b) The installation services do not meet any consumer guarantees outlined in the Australian Consumer Law.
